Additionally contained in this new document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling various sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.
